This is not your basic facial! It’s a complete skin revision process that rebuilds and restores the healthy functioning of the skin at a cellular level. Imagine looking down through the top of the skin, think of the inside of the skin like a factory, the product that factory produces is the skin you see on the surface. While other treatments may only act on the surface layer of the skin, DMK Enzyme Therapy works to revise the skin from within to begin functioning like young, healthy skin again.
DMK Enzyme Therapy is a hard-setting face and body mask that is applied from the décollete, up the neck, and over the face. The masque’s transfer enzymes stimulate our skin’s natural enzymes to dissolve dead skin cells and contaminants, increase circulation, provide lymphatic drainage and then work to form an antioxidant-rich structure within the skin to protect against free radicals and stimulate collagen production. The result is a more purified, youthful, even-toned complexion with lasting cellular strength to fight signs of aging and hyperpigmentation, prevent congestion and breakouts and heal the damage caused by acne and rosacea.
You can think of Enzyme Therapy as a workout for your skin. The enzymes kick-start your skin’s optimal functioning by:

How long is each session? Please plan for 2 hours for your first DMK treatment which includes a 15 minute thorough consultation and skin analysis. Future treatments are typically an hour and 45 mins.
Does it hurt? Not at all! As the masque dries, you will feel a tightening, pulsating sensation. This is feeling of your circulatory and lymphatic systems being put to work to bring fresh, oxygenated blood to nourish your skin cells and detoxify the environment those cells live within. Once the masque is softened and removed, your skin will feel alive and hydrated!
Is there downtime? Not usually! We can definitely up the strength if your skin is needing a light peel but that will be decided before we begin the treatment.
There is no “one and done” treatment for true skin revision so committing to a series of treatments and consistently using the DMK Home Prescriptive regimen I’ve designed for you will provide you optimal results. A treatment plan will be created especially for you after an in-depth consultation during your first enzyme therapy treatment but as a point of reference:
- for severe acne/acne scaring, you’d need 10-12 enzyme therapy treatments in a 6 month period along with consistent use of your DMK home prescriptive regimen.
- for visible signs of aging and/or hyperpigmentation, plan on 6-8 enzyme treatments every 2-3 weeks along with consistent use of your DMK home prescriptive regimen.
- for fairly normal skin with the desire to reach optimal skin functioning and keep it that way, I recommend coming in every 4 weeks for your enzyme therapy treatment along with consistent use of your DMK home prescriptive regimen.
