CUSTOMER CARE QUESTIONS

My mission is to provide exceptional spa services with high product quality and superior customer service within a relaxing environment so I do adhere to the following policies:

 

Appointments:

I recommend making your appointments in advance to help ensure you get your preferred time.  On your first visit please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out all the necessary Skin Analysis Profile Forms.  If you arrive late, please note that your treatment will end when originally scheduled as a courtesy to the next client. 

 

Cancellations:

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please observe my 24-hour cancellation policy to avoid being charged a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

 

Gratuities:

Gratuities are not included in the price of the service, and may be given at your discretion.  Gratuities are greatly appreciated.

 

Gift Certificates:

Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.  Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Gift Certificates will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.  Service prices are subject to change without notice.  Any change on service price will be subject to additional charges.  

Privacy & Safety

PRIVACY & SAFETY

Visitors:

Treatment room is reserved for client only.  For the safety and privacy of client, visitors are not permitted to accompany the client in the treatment room unless approved in advance.

 

Children:

Children are not permitted to accompany client in the treatment room unless approved in advance
